I'd just like to remind everyone that a few of us meet on Saturdays in Regent's Park between 2ish and 5ish for a casual session, mostly freeplay/gentle sparring.

If anyone wants to join us, they're welcome (and we'll adjust the timing so it's more convenient). If not, we'll see you at the pub.

Thanks. Do you need advance warning or should I just turn up?
If I can manage to park at my local station and get a ticket at an affordable price then I'll come - there's not enough time to travel by other means.

What Dave said - I don't really fancy carting sparring gear around, but am very much up for the pub later.

Just wanted to check, is sparring going to be possible at this Saturday shindig with the nylons? I see these as hugely important to the development of our club and HEMA, so am keen to get serious :D

I have sent down a load of Ice Hockey armour that we have been experimenting with. I hope that you chaps will be able to try it out in a sparring medium.

Cool, well we will bring our standardised equipment for sparring, and experiment with both our standard stuff as well as anything you have on offer, as you might have noticed, I like testing and reviewing stuff!

Yep, looking forward to it, can I just confirm, is the sparring going to be done in Regents Park? But starting out the discussion at the Wallace? Just working out where best to park the car.

No, we won't be going to Regent's park. At least as I understand it, we'll have to confine ourselves to the lecture theatre at the Wallace.

mmm, ok, not what I last heard, that it was possibly too small for that and we would go to the park, maybe I have been fed the wrong info, or someone has misunderstood somewhere. We will just park up near the Wallace then and worry about it afterwards
