Proclamation for the protection of officers, appointing that all persons aiding or abetting in the resistance to or murder of a sheriff, bailiff, or other officer in the execution of his duty, shall suffer loss of goods and perpetual imprisonment in the first case, and death in the second; also that, as persons have lately been slain in frays by reason of sudden foynes with swords or other weapons, anyone who shall in a fray use such foyne or foynes with his sword, or henceforth shall slay any person by such foyne or foynes shall suffer death.
