--a C8th CE burial of a man whose right arm was cut off (or amputated after a severe fracture), and seems to have had a blade fitted to the stump. Alas, he constantly had to tighten the straps with his teeth, wearing these down to the pulp (and hence suffering deep dental infection and abscesses).
