One of the famous broad-bladed swords offered as tribute to the Mamelukes, stored in Alexandria arsenal, and now in the Metropolitan Museum in NYC

IIRC, this is the sword Szymon was supposed to make for Einar.

The riveted handles were almost certainly put on later when the originals fell apart.
