After Gaukler's post, I checked the hood again, and it may be cloven - I didn't initially pay much attention to that. I may have to go to Zurich to check.

Sometimes the creators of the images create very amusing faces. Just check how happy the lion on the shield is. And the lead horse too...

The second one there, with the hair, is almost certainly Absalom, son of King David, who broke his neck after getting said hair stuck in a tree branch; in the third one, Goliath is probably holding his spear, his main weapon according to 1 Samuel. Most art depicts Goliath wielding the spear, albeit typically a bit better drawn. I don't know about the others.
