British WWII Bayonet

Just checking. Does anyone have a copy of Small Arms Training pamphlet 12? These are the only details I have for it. Apparently it was printed in 1937 and reprinted in 1940

Finally got the license for my late 1940s Lee Enfield an am trying to get as many of the right documents for it as possible.
