Fantastic! This is a really nice find and historically significant. The music for different commands at the end is a nice little touch - I guess these are for the bugle?

also note that pl.2-3 (pp.19-20) show that the horses were closer to 13hh (what we would now consider a "pony" size, instead of the horses one usually finds in modern equitation). the relative difference between horse's barrel and rider's leg will have an influence on the seat.
